What preparations should be paid attention to before using the metering pump

1. Start Preparation

1, the transmission box into the right amount of HJ-20 or HJ-30 mechanical oil, generally slightly higher than the center of the transmission box can be, diaphragm pump connection body to add HJ-10 or HJ-20 mechanical oil, plunger pump connection body does not add oil.

2. Check that the connecting bolts shall not be loose.

3. Open the motor fan cover and turn the motor fan blade by hand to make the plunger move back and forth three times without any jam.

4. Install the fan cover, open the valve on the inlet and outlet pipeline, and keep the pipeline unobstructed.

5. Start the motor to see if the rotation direction is clockwise, otherwise adjust the line to clockwise.

2. commissioning

1, start the motor operation, observe whether there is abnormal noise and vibration.

2. Turn the adjustable handwheel to see if the adjusting mechanism is flexible and reliable.

3. After running for 0.5 hours, check whether the sealing part of the plunger is hot. The hand feeling is not hot. If hot hands are found, loosen the compression nut appropriately.

4. Gradually increase the pressure to the rated pressure operation, check whether the plunger seal is leaking, if there is leakage, rotate the compression nut until it does not leak.

5, check the transmission box body oil temperature, shall not exceed 65 ℃.
