A spinning pump is composed of: a bottom plate, at least one toothed plate, a cover plate, a drive shaft, an inlet channel for the spinning fluid to flow and a plurality of outlet channels, the channels are aligned with the corresponding channels of the pump seat, and the fastening screws pass through the through holes through the cover plate, the toothed plate and the bottom plate, and are screwed into the screw holes of the pump seat. The adapter part has a groove with a certain depth parallel to the contact plane of the base plate and the connecting surface, and the spinning pump has a good sealing at the contact surface of the base plate and the connecting surface under high melt pressure.

For melt spinning, also known as heat pump. Its main parts are: upper cover plate, lower cover plate, intermediate plate (8-shaped plate) and a pair of working gears located in 8-shaped holes, two shafts and coupling shafts. The drive shaft of the spinning pump drives the driving shaft to rotate through the coupling shaft, and drives the working gear to operate through the key. With the rotation of the gear, the spinning melt in the suction chamber continuously fills the gear teeth and is brought to the extrusion chamber. When the teeth of the two gears mesh with each other, the volume of the extrusion chamber is reduced, and the melt is pressed toward the spinneret. The working temperature of this kind of spinning pump is nearly 300 ℃, and the cleaning temperature is as high as 450 ℃, so the material of the spinning pump must not deform at high temperature and have good wear resistance. In order to meet the needs of multi-head spinning of melt-spun filaments, a stack pump, a three-gear spinning pump and its stack pump have been developed. This type of pump has the advantage that one spinning pump is equivalent to two, four or more conventional spinning pumps. Another high-pressure spinning pump can meet the needs of 300~500kg/square centimeter high pressure spinning.

The driving gear of the melt spinning pump rotates clockwise, while the wet spinning pump rotates counterclockwise. Compared with the ordinary gear pump, the spinning pump is characterized by the small modulus of the working gear and the number of teeth; the high precision can reduce the unevenness of the flow; the working speed is low, about 5~60 r/min, and the spinning fluid can be timely Full tooth valley. The spinning pump is a special standard component with high precision on the spinning machine, and the accuracy and uniformity of the infusion volume affect the fineness of the filament.
