Problem 1: uneven fineness of silk

Reasons and Countermeasures:

Abnormal discharge of the metering pump: check the operation of the metering pump and verify the metering pump.

Component leakage: tighten the component fixing bolt or replace the component.

Unstable speed of metering pump: adjust the speed of metering pump.

Insufficient pressure before the pump: increase the pressure before the pump.

Breakage of floating wire or monofilament: handle according to relevant methods.

 

Problem two: metering pump leakage

Reasons and Countermeasures:

Pump outlet back pressure is too large: timely replacement of components.

The pump seat is uneven or has residue: clean the residue, check and replace the pump seat.

Loose fixing screw: tighten the screw according to the correct method.
 

Problem three: metering pump stuck or broken shaft

Reasons and Countermeasures:

There is foreign matter in the melt: check the discharge, and the driving shaft of the disc should rotate smoothly.

Insufficient preheating of the pump body: increase the preheating temperature and extend the preheating time.

Untimely transportation, dry grinding time is too long: timely transportation after startup.

The startup speed-up time is too fast: appropriately extend the speed-up time.

The installation of the drive shaft is not concentric: adjust the coaxiality of the drive shaft and the metering pump
